cotton thread, silk thread, hand stitching
Worked from the back of the cloth, strips cut from the
bottom that were then couched in angles and circles.
The fabric became energized with hand work.
Inspired by the rotation of the moon, ancient female figurines from pre-history and the immensity of our vulnerable inner selves.
